& Shutdown for Lubrication Systems
The Whitlock Digital No-Flow Timer (DNFT) ensures precise monitoring and shutdown for Divider-Block Lubrication Systems by detecting No-Flow, Low-Flow, and Excessive-Flow conditions. This solid-state electronic device accurately detects Slow-Flow and No-Flow in in-line progressive lubrication systems.
Equipped with a crystal oscillator, the DNFT precisely monitors the cycle time of the lubrication system, enabling accurate timed shutdowns. Powered by an easily replaceable internal Lithium battery, it ensures reliable performance. The DNFT is ISO 9001 certified for quality and includes a 3-year warranty for added peace of mind.

Deliron Digital Lubrication Monitors
Advanced Flow Detection and Control
The Deliron Digital Lubrication Monitors offer cutting-edge technology for detecting Slow-Flow and No-Flow conditions in divider block lubrication systems. These monitors integrate advanced microprocessor and transistor components to provide precise monitoring of lubrication flow.
Designed to display total run-time hours and total oil consumption in pints, Deliron Monitors ensure accurate lubrication management. As lubricant flows through the divider valve assembly, it cycles the divider block pistons, operating the proximity switch. The internal microprocessor manages timer resets, LED indicators, and continuous operation by monitoring the proximity switch, allowing operators to precisely control oil consumption rates. A pulse received within a predetermined time prevents system shutdown.
Available by special order, Deliron Digital Lubrication Monitors come with a 1-year warranty for reliable performance.
